They were very friendly and allowed me to store my luggage before and after check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the natural hot springs on the rooftop. They were well-maintained and not too crowded. The hotel also offers free supper and ice cream, which was a delightful surprise. The concept of no shoes inside the hotel gave it a homely and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast and supper were exceptional, with a variety of food in little containers. The hot spring on the roof top was a peaceful and not too crowded oasis; a perfect place to relax. The room size was small but clean and comfortable, suitable for two adults.

It would have been better if there were clearer signs in English on the drink machines near the restaurant area.

The automatic light that turned on in the doorway of the room was too bright and disturbed our sleep in the middle of the night. English signs on the drink machines in the restaurant area would have been a helpful improvement.
